I've been using this program about 6 years or more. Thought it was the best thing since sliced bread until I started having problems. I began with the Standard version and eventually upgraded to the Pro. I thought the Standard was easier to use, but the Pro had it's advantages only entering the info seemed more complicated. The HELP section is very poorly written, but tech support was always very helpful. Every time I upgraded or had my PC rebuilt I had problems restoring my data file. Now I can't do anything with it. I guess I am partly to blame as I didn't understand how to back up my files. My son took it upon himself to see if he could restore the program and with tech support and a weekend of work the two of them got it up and running like new. Never say tech support is not available. I thought I had lost everything and would have to chuck the whole thing.
